If you are traveling to Costa Rica, you absolutely must experience a Canopy Tour. Canopy Tours come in many shapes and sizes. Some have many zip lines some just a few. Some have heart pounding rappels, others gentle drops. Some require a bit of stamina as you walk uphill, others cater to people with limited mobility. Do a little research and choose the tour that best suits your level of physical fitness.
One of my favorite canopy tours is near Quepos. The Canopy Safari travels to the forest just outside of Quepos. The tour provides just the right amount of excitement. With two rappels, 10 zip-lines, and a Tarzan swing this tour is plenty to get my heart pounding. The guides are fantastic helping everyone to have a great experience. Everyone in my family, ages 4 to 62 raved about how much fun the Canopy Safari was.
